Getting Started

Can I try NuReply for free?

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes 300 AI credits, 1 workspace, 1,000 contacts, and 5,000 monthly emails. No credit card required.

How long does it take to write a cold email with NuReply?

Seconds. NuReply uses AI to generate personalized cold emails based on your prospect data. Provide a few inputs and the AI writes a complete, ready-to-send email in moments.

Email Accounts

Does NuReply integrate with Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail?

No. NuReply works exclusively with business email accounts. Freemail providers like Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail personal accounts are not supported for sending campaigns.

Can I use freemail accounts to send campaigns?

No. Freemail account support has been discontinued. All sending accounts must be business email addresses with custom domains.

What if my business uses a freemail provider?

Set up a custom domain for your business email. A custom domain improves deliverability and professionalism. Most domain registrars offer email hosting, or you can use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with your own domain.

What is Multinbox?

Multinbox is NuReply's consolidated response inbox. It aggregates replies from all your connected email accounts into a single view so you never miss a response, regardless of which account sent the original email.

Is the API included or does it cost extra?

The API is included with all paid plans at no additional cost. During the free trial you also have API access. See our API documentation for details.

Are there API rate limits?

Yes. The API is rate-limited to 60 requests per minute across all endpoints. Plan-specific daily limits also apply: Basic allows 1,000 API requests/day, Popular allows 5,000, and Pro allows 20,000.

Deliverability

How does NuReply keep emails out of spam?

NuReply enforces rate limits, email validation, warm-up protocols, and deliverability best practices. Accounts are warmed up gradually using our built-in warm-up system before sending campaigns. We monitor sender reputation and enforce sending limits to protect your domains.

Can I send to Gmail recipients?

Sending to Gmail recipients is restricted by default. Gmail has strict anti-spam policies, and NuReply enforces conservative sending limits to Gmail addresses to protect your sender reputation and comply with deliverability standards.

Billing

Will unused AI credits roll over?

Yes. Unused AI credits roll over to the next billing period as long as your subscription remains active. Credits do not expire while your plan is active.

What if I need more credits than my plan includes?

You can purchase additional credit packs at any time, or upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allocation. Additional credits are available from your account settings.

What is the refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Why were policy changes introduced?

Policy changes were introduced to comply with evolving anti-spam regulations and email provider requirements. These policies protect all NuReply users by maintaining high deliverability standards and preventing platform abuse.

How will policy changes impact my account?

Existing accounts are given a grace period to transition to updated policies. You will receive email notifications with specific timelines and actions required. Contact support@nureply.com if you need assistance during the transition.
